The terms for consulting NEXTSPORT and using its informational features.

Subject and account

The service is provided by NEXT GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD, Company No. 16265840, based in 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, and provides sports information, statistics, scenarios, saved selections and AI-assisted analysis. For support and contractual communications, write to info@sightgroup.org, managed by Sight Group on behalf of the company.

Accounts are personal and reserved for adults. Provide accurate data, keep your password safe and report unauthorized access. Do not share credentials or bypass security or subscription checks. The service does not include betting, gaming accounts or personalised gambling advice.

Free plan and seven-day trial

Registration creates a free Essential account and does not activate Plus access automatically. To start the trial, choose a monthly or annual plan, agree to subscription terms, and enter a card in the Stripe checkout. The trial lasts seven days from checkout confirmation: the activation amount is €0. At expiry, the chosen plan price is charged automatically unless cancelled before expiry. Trial end date and time are visible in the profile, from which you can open “Payments and Cancellation” to cancel renewal. After cancelling during the trial, Plus remains available until the end and the first period is not charged. The profile and personal history remain free.

Plus provides access to available AI analyses; it does not guarantee an analysis for every match or the accuracy of any result. Coverage and updates also depend on data availability. The trial is reserved for new users and cannot be repeated by creating accounts to circumvent these conditions. Trials without a card already started before this update remain valid until their original expiry and do not automatically convert into paid subscriptions. Those who have already used it will not receive a second trial with card.

Pricing, purchase and renewal

NEXTSPORT Plus costs €12.90 per month or €99.90 per year, overall prices including applicable taxes. The annual plan is charged in one single payment: the average cost of about €8.33 per month does not indicate monthly installments. The annual saving of €54.90 is calculated compared to twelve monthly payments of €12.90.

The subscription contract is concluded when you choose a plan and confirm the Stripe checkout, even if it includes the first seven days free. Before confirmation, amount due today, price after trial, renewal frequency and conditions are indicated. If you are eligible for the trial, the first charge is made at its expiry unless cancelled. If you have already used the trial, charge and paid period start with checkout: this is indicated before confirmation. Any unused days of a previous trial without card do not add to the paid period. If checkout is unavailable or not completed, no purchase is concluded.

The purchased plan renews at the end of the monthly or annual period, unless cancelled. From your profile, you can open "Payments and cancellation" to view the plan, payment documents, and cancel the renewal via the Stripe portal. Cancelling the renewal maintains access for the period already paid and does not constitute a withdrawal or refund request. Any price changes will be communicated before applying to a renewal, respecting the applicable cancellation rights.

In case of incomplete or failed payment, paid access may remain suspended until regularisation. Payment data are handled by Stripe; the site does not store full card numbers or security codes.

Withdrawal within fourteen days

If you purchase as a remote consumer, you can withdraw from the first subscription contract within fourteen days of checkout confirmation, even if the contract starts with a free trial, without giving reasons, subject to any more favourable applicable rights. The free trial does not replace this right and access to analyses alone does not constitute waiver of withdrawal.

To withdraw send a clear statement before the expiry to info@sightgroup.org. We will confirm receipt and process any refund due within fourteen days of notification, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed, without refund fees. This service does not include automatic waiving of the right of withdrawal for content consultation only. Remedies remain for non-provision or service non-conformity.

Content uncertainty

Calendars, results and news may be incomplete, outdated or later corrected. AI-assisted analyses may contain errors and are not necessarily human-verified before being shown. Probabilities are not guarantees of an outcome; history does not ensure future results.

Personal and statistical selections

Saved selections are used to follow matches and compare predictions and results. They do not transmit orders, combine bets, or place wagers. Any odds shown are for informational purposes only; they do not constitute contractual offers or recommendations to open gambling accounts.

The percentage of correct selections is calculated as correct divided by correct plus incorrect, based on assessable final results from regular time. The 7 and 30 day windows refer to match start times within the period, not the save date. Selections pending or not assessable are excluded from the percentage; archived selections remain included in calculations. Times are shown in the Europe/Rome timezone and the number of results is indicated. Small samples and past results do not demonstrate future prediction ability. Corrections to official results may update the history.

Advertising and optional communications

Sponsor spaces are marked as advertisements. Sponsorship presence does not alter analyses, odds or selection order. Ads promoting betting or gambling, bonuses, codes or affiliate links to gaming operators are not allowed. Any relationship with a sponsor's site is distinct from the NEXTSPORT subscription.

Newsletters and partner offers sent by NEXTSPORT require separate optional choices, modifiable from the profile. They are not conditions for registration or trial access. Consent to partner offers does not authorise the transfer of data to partners.

Proper use and intellectual property

Do not use the service for illegal activities, unauthorised access, spreading misleading content or violating others' rights. Online availability does not authorise full republication of protected content. Exceptions allowed by law, including quotation and critique within applicable limits, remain valid.

Availability, responsibilities and non-derogable rights

The service may be updated or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security, or supplier unavailability. Content should be assessed taking into account the described limitations. No clause excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, nor limits the non-derogable rights of the data subjects or consumers. No exclusive jurisdiction is imposed that deprives the user of applicable protections in their own country.

Reports, closures and changes

For support, disputes, withdrawal or corrections write to info@sightgroup.org, managed by Sight Group on behalf of the owner. You can manage account closure from the profile or contact support; check the subscription status first. Data management after closure is described in privacy policy.

Changes to terms will be made available with an update date; substantial subscription service changes will be communicated according to applicable law. New paid features require clear information and explicit consent before activation.
